Joshua Martin is a scientist and designer. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics and is a skilled scientific instrument designer and materials physicist. In his career, he focuses on the improvement of materials for energy conversion applications. These experiences imbue his art with unique perspectives, inspiring both design forms and fabrication methodologies. His portfolio comprises works of jewelry, sculpture, furniture, 2D visual arts, and original piano music. Joshua is a native of Florida, a fraternal twin, and one of those millennial children of the 80’s. It has been said almost once that he is moderately entertaining on occasion.
